The challenges and gains of the TMT program were something I couldn't even have imagined before joining the company.
When I was a new joiner, my line manager asked me to lead the company-wide focus on key projects. As a newcomer to the workplace, leading such an important project can be stressful, but my manager taught me not to set limits on myself, to let go and bravely rise to the challenge, and at the same time to give me key support and guidance, more like a mentor than a leader. It is precisely with this kind of support and guidance that I have been participant who can improve in a short period of time.
My name is Wang Zitong, 2022TMT, after graduation, I joined the data science team of Budweiser as a technical management trainee with the purpose of improving my technical skill.
Within 1 year,whether it is to improve the sales of the pioneer platform algorithm recommendation or to help front-line sales colleagues find more valuable sales points of the "sale compass",I have seen the value of machine learning and big data analysis.
As a new joiner, the Budweiser TMT program has provided me with very high-quality training. The leadership of each department had introduced the company's overall strategy and specific business.
Through the training, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the digital transformation has applied to various business processes, which has made me look forward to my future work.
