On December 18th, Budweiser Wenzhou Brewery held a grand opening ceremony as a foreign-invested manufacturing project with the biggest single-unit investment at the Wenzhou Economic Development Zone. He Yong, Secretary-General of China Alcoholic Drinks Association and Chairman of Beer Branch, also voiced his approval of Budweiser Wenzhou Brewery:’ Over the years, Budweiser China’s efforts and contributions to the industry’s transformation to green development have been self-evident, and they are really something worthy of learning and following by the industry. The inauguration of Budweiser Wenzhou Brewery will provide an important reference for further optimizing our industrial layout and structure and leading our transformation to green and low-carbon development. Equipped with advanced digital technologies, Budweiser Wenzhou Brewery has fully realized intelligentization and automation for its brewing workshop, packaging workshop, and logistics workshop, which will play a huge role in improving quality, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and cutting energy consumption and help facilitate Budweiser China’s high-quality leapfrog development. At the same time, it will also be a milestone for Budweiser to pursue "Smart Manufacturing" and seize early advantages for its future development within China’s beer industry.
