“2020 Employer Excellence China- Learning and Development” award is assessed based on the following five criteria, compares and analyzes the data between all the candidates. After 3months competition, we finally won “Excellence in Learning and Development”.
1. Outstanding organizational performance by directly linking the training and skills development of employees to the business needs of their organization;
2. Company’s commitment to gender diversity, policy initiatives to give women leadership positions;
3. An environment where women are not only encouraged to step into leadership roles but provided explicit organizational security to do so;
4. Remarkable women programs to build leadership capabilities and expand women’s performance range;
5. New or ground breaking ways of engaging learners, stimulating the creation and sharing of knowledge, integrating learning and work, and accelerating organizational learning and generating business impact.
