“Best Human Resources Solutions” award aims to recognize enterprises who took rapid response, implemented typical and reproducible solutions, and showed humanistic care during the COVID-19 outbreak. The evaluation process consists of 2-round expert evaluation and public selection. During COVID-19, Budweiser China took agile way to develop and implement digital solutions on mobile platforms and apps with analytics tools. From the outbreak to business resuming, the solutions covered communications, learning, health condition and return-to-work plan tracking, general service, business support, etc., and no infection occurred among 26,000 employees and SPRs of Budweiser China. Meanwhile, willing to shoulder our social responsibility, Budweiser China donated a total of RMB 11 million goods and materials, to organizations on the front line of epidemic battle. With nearly 190,000 public votes earned, Budweiser China has finally won the honor.
