OBC Donates Masks and Hand Sanitizers to Daegu Branch of Korean Red Cross

On the 4th April, OBC announced that it has donated aid including masks and hand sanitizers to Daegu branch of Korean Red Cross for city of Daegu, where the number of confirmed patients of COVID-19 is increasing.

OBC held a delivery ceremony to donate relief supplies to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at the Daegu branch of Korean Red Cross on the 3rd and delivered the masks and supplies. Masks and hand sanitizers will be prioritized for the doctors, nurses, and quarantine personnel who are at the forefront in the fight against the spread of COVID-19.

“We have provided relief supplies to help the medical staff and citizens in Daegu who are having difficulty securing masks and hand sanitizers. As a responsible member of the community, we will continue to offer our support in overcoming the crisis as soon as possible." said OBC spokesman.

In addition, OBC will also implement large-scale support measures, such as extending the payment period for liquor purchases, to help nationwide liquor wholesalers, which have suffered from a sharp decline in sales due to COVID-19 crisis.
