OBC’s 2019 ‘Global Beer Responsible Day(GBRD)’ started with ‘No Drunk-Driving Car Sticker Contest’ in collaboration with Korea Road Traffic Authority (KoRoad). The contest was designed to enhance awareness of the danger of drunk-driving by translating the belief into tangible car stickers.
Total 1,191 pieces were submitted for the contest and stickers that showed ‘No Drunk-Driving’ message in a fresh and original way were selected as winners. Winning designs were made into actual car stickers.
No Drunk-Driving Car Stickers started to be distributed nationwide from the day of GBRD (Sep 5). Stickers were attached onto cars of OBC employees and 6,000 taxis of ‘Korea Best Driver Association’ who became OBC’s partner for this campaign. Total of 20,000 stickers were provided to nationwide 27 Driver’s License Exam Offices and distributed to new drivers. Also, Korea’s No.1 parking application, ‘Everyone’s Parking Lot’ joined the efforts by introducing No Drunk-Driving campaign and sticker distribution location in its platform.
Winning designs of the contest were also showcased in 5 key subway stations of Line 9 thanks to the cooperation of Seoul Metro, delivering OBC’s NDD message to citizens and subway passengers through the exhibition.
