(Hong Kong, 28 April 2023) Budweiser Brewing Company APAC ("Bud APAC", SEHK:1876), the largest beer company in Asia Pacific, will host its fourth annual webcast on May 15. Bud APAC’s full ESG Committee, led by Mr. Jan Craps, Chief Executive Officerand Co-chair of the Board, will speak at the event and share the company’s key Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) accomplishments in 2022 and strategic priorities for 2023.

The webcast follows the publication of the company’s 2022 ESG Report (“the Report”) on March 24, which incorporates the updated Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX) ESG disclosure framework. With over 400 different data points, the Report shared details on how the company has delivered against its 2025 Sustainability Goals and driven positive social impact in the communities it operates in across APAC. Key highlights include:

· The Nanning Brewery in China achieved a water usage of 1.11 hl/hl of beer production, ranking the company first among all AB InBev breweries globally in terms of water efficiency and setting a new benchmark for the world beer industry.

· The company leveraged its iconic brand Corona to create a novel closed-loop model of "Rural Revitalization,"supporting local farmers in Anyue of Sichuan province to grow limes with over 235,000 kgs harvested for the Corona Extra Lime initiative, while also providing Chinese consumers with the Corona "Drinking with Lime" experience. This initiative has won multiple social impact and brand influence awards, including most recently the Creative Commerce Grand Prix award at the 2023 Spikes Asia Award.

· In February 2023, the company evolved its Board Audit Committee into an Audit and Risk Committee. A management-level Risk Committee was also established to reflect Bud APAC’s continued proactive risk management.
